Receptionist
The Receptionist supports the Sales team and Sales Management in receiving and directing all incoming calls, inventory administration, producing reports and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
· Switchboard operation and paging
· Taking and relaying messages
· Producing and distributing reports
· Maintaining inventory database
· Maintaining reception area
· Variety of administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, display strong organization and time management skills and work well in a dynamic team based environment.
